These terms govern your use of Cloud e Shop's wholesale (B2B) programme at /wholesale. By submitting a "Get Best Price" inquiry, you agree to them.

Who this is for

The wholesale programme is intended for businesses and their authorised representatives — retailers, resellers and institutional buyers — not individual consumers. There is no account or sign-in on this channel; every inquiry is submitted as a guest.

Inquiries & quotes

Tapping "Get Best Price" and submitting your name, mobile number and quantity sends an inquiry to our sales team — it is not an order and creates no binding obligation on either side. We'll contact you by phone or message with pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time for your review.

Pricing & invoicing

Wholesale pricing is quoted per inquiry based on volume tier and current availability, and is only confirmed once our sales team agrees it with you directly — prices shown in the catalogue are indicative, not final. Confirmed orders are invoiced with GST as applicable; please share your GSTIN if you'd like it reflected on the invoice.

Payment & order confirmation

Payment terms (advance, on delivery, or credit for approved accounts) are agreed directly with our sales team as part of confirming your order — there is no online checkout or payment gateway on this channel.

Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges for confirmed orders are agreed with our sales team based on quantity, destination and courier availability, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Cancellations

Because each order is agreed individually, cancellation terms are confirmed with our sales team at the time of order — as a guideline, an order can generally be cancelled any time before it ships.

Intellectual property

The Cloud e Shop name, logo and wholesale programme materials are our property or licensed to us, and may not be used in your own marketing without permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to quote accurate pricing and availability, but figures are subject to confirmation and stock on hand. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a delayed or unfulfilled inquiry, beyond the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Cloud e Shop is registered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here, with the date at the top of this page.
